Due to the cost of procuring items and ingredients for our subscriptions, we require a minimum of two months commitment for subscription services including subscribe and save on individual products and subscription boxes. After you have fulfilled the minimum of two order fulfillments on subscription services, we request that you cancel at least two weeks before your next delivery. This gives us the ability to find a new customer for your subscribed items. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you cancel after the two week limit, you will receive a credit to your account but no refund. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
