INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS
All personal shopping appointments are for 30 minutes and up to 5 people can attend your appointment. You'll receive a 10 minute warning before your appointment is over so that we can prepare the space for the next customer.
You must book your shopping appointment at least 24 hours in advance. When your appointment is approved, we will send you a confirmation.
Do not come to the shop if you are feeling unwell or caring for someone who is sick. If you are in need of self-care products due to illness we are happy to deliver to you curbside, deliver to your house if you are local and ship to you anywhere in the US.
Masks are required. We do have masks at the shop if you do not have your own, these masks are four dollars each which covers the cost of the mask.
Use hand sanitizer when you arrive. It's right at the entrance. We also have gloves right at the front door if you choose to use them.
Social distance while you shop. Pentagrams on the floor indicate personal shopping areas. The shop has been arranged to allow an easy flow along the path of pentagrams. Please honor these personal shopping areas if you are in the shop at the same time as another customer. We have FIVE personal shopping areas.
Children under the age of twelve are not permitted at this time.
If you have a loose herb order, please email that to us before you arrive at the shop.
Please plan ahead when you visit, as we are not allowing folks to use the restroom facility at this time. Our back room area is our production area and is STAFF ONLY
