Yin Yoga at Kae


“We don’t use the body to get into a pose, 
we use the pose to get into the body”

Yin yoga penetrates deep into connective tissue and invigorates the energy centers of the body releasing blockages and increase energy flow. Focusing on static movement, breath work and meditation creates a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. 

The primary differences between Yin Yoga and many other forms of yoga is that you are encouraged to NOT use your muscles and passive poses are held for several minutes.

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Evening and weekend classes are scheduled monthly with a centering theme. Visit the link below to register for a class and view the upcoming specialty classes. 

Pre-Register for Yin Yoga

Due to the limited space in the yoga suite PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Classes are taught by Kae Apothecary owner, Andrea "Kae", and are a beautiful all-around restorative practice for the body. Classes last approximately an hour and a half. Equipment is provided. Attendees may want to bring a towel, water bottle, and a willingness to let go and breathe. This is the ultimate in restorative relaxation. Be good to your body.
