Inflammation Herbal Tea Blend

Ginger - So good for the tummy, this peppery sweet herb has a spicy aroma and can be found in dishes all over the globe. Ginger is loaded with antioxidants and compounds that can ease stress and support circulation.

Turmeric - To call this bright orange-yellow herb “energetically hot” is an understatement.  It’s distinct musky and peppery flavor makes it a staple in many kitchens and a go-to for pain, arthritis and inflammation. Sometimes called “Indian Saffron” turmeric has been used for centuries as a fabric dye and in sacred ritual.

Red Raspberry Leaf - Rubus Idaeus.  A big name for a little leaf that packs a superabundance of vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, zinc and magnesium. This sweet bundle of goodness can help balance hormones, shine up the hair and nails, ease pain and reduce inflammation.
