Red Raspberry - Rubus Idaeus. A big name for a little berry that packs a superabundance of vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, zinc and magnesium. This sweet bundle of goodness can help balance hormones, shine up the hair and nails, ease pain and reduce inflammation.
Lemon Balm - Smooths the edges of stress and anxiety with a bright and citrusy aroma.
Nettles- Very few leafy greens pack as much protein as this medicinal herb.
